Complaint Details
I have cancelled an order made on indiatimes shopping but my amount is still pending for refund. Its been a month over. According to them, they have refunded the amount on 4th September but the same is not reflected into my account. I have asked them many times to provide the RR details of the refund processed from there side but they keep ignoring the same by asking to wait.
I am fed up with their customer support, they neither providing me the RR details nor they are responding properly when I communicate to them.
