I purchased a laptop asus x201e-kx259d on 3-sep-13 from shop no.257,TGIP MALL,Noida(U.P). i found it dead so i tried o replace it after so much delay the related company provided me a D.O.A certificate which was supposed to get submitted at the shwroom to get me a new one. i went to the shop but they are making a delay which can be taken as a neglect. today after 2 weeks of paying my money i've not got my laptop. i request you to talk to this shop manager and help me getting a new laptop soon. thank you
