we complianed about the wrong delivery of speed post to rajajinagar ho bangalore-10.they have sent a request letter to muda office mysore to issue duplicate cheque but the ao of muda is not accepting the letter due to this we are suffering .please help us in this issue .it is a cheque of 38000
