I had ordered an iPhone 5 online on 14th July. But the transaction has raised some error on the website, but the payment has been deducted from my credit card. I first asked the Infibeam company who is in charge of online orders for Airtel online shop by telephone and they responded that there is no order received by them. Then I called Airtel customer care and they also responded that there is no order received by them. Then I called Citibank card to cancel this transaction. They said they will cancel the transaction. Then I told airtel also to cancel this transaction and they said If they get details of order they will cancel this transaction. So I purchased this phone from a shop. After 3 weeks I got a phone delivered at my home, I did not received it, as it was a cancelled order. On calling citibank they said they had only cancelled emi and not transaction. On calling airtel they said they will refund the money and still its not refunded. its been 2 months and the credit card company is charging the interest.
