I have surrendered my Airtel no 9571522522 in the month of june'13 after going to the local office four times my query was taken and my No got surrendered finally on 29/06/13. I was asked by a officer in Airtel to pay a certain amount which was actually not even due, he misguided me and i had to pay an excess of Rs 1173/-, I realized i have paid an excess when i received the next month bill. Since then i have been approaching the local office 10 to 12 times but no response of refund seems to come from them. Earlier they told that the refunf will be processed between 30 to 45 days but its almost 80 days and i have not been refunded the amount.no body there at the local office cares for it. every time i visit the office its a shear wastage of time and my fuel. I request you help as this i have seen sitting in there office for hours is the normal way they treat their customers.
