I booked a courier from Chennai to Nagercoil on 14-Sep-13.
Consignment Number is C991B0000186.
Still courier is not delivered.
As per online tracking it send to Nagercoil on 14-Sep-13.
I call nagercoil first flight courier office
(04652) 312327 – No answer
9344956101 – asked me call 9344956103/(04652) 312327
9344956103- No answer
I raised a complaint on first flight courier website on 17-Sep-13
I didn’t get any response.
Again I raised a compliant through phone on 18-Sep-13.
Still they searching where my courier located?
Very poor service from first flight couriers.
Don’t use first flight couriers.
