Sir/Madam my name is Syed Abdul Khader User id 364109824941 for Reliance broadband with "Thunder 1mbps" plan. On 14th Spetember 2013 i had made request for plan migration to "Thunder 4mbps" with request number "208897791". On 16th September 2013 i received a message "Your request has been processed", Apparently my plan has not been changed. When enquired with customer care they keep saying your plan has been changer but for me it has not changed, I am still on Thunder 1mbps. I also spoke to one Mr. Sekar from Reliance Appellate Authority, he told me that plan was changed as per our system, when i told him it was not changed, he kept repeating the same line "Your plan was changed".

So i made complaint again on 17th September 2013 with 209034301. So when contacted Appellate Authority on 18th september 2013 they tried to convince me as if it was only slow speed issue and they will solve it by the same day, but it really was not, they have not really changed my plan.

I got SMS today that your S.R No. 209034301 has been processed, i am shocked that without my knowledge or whether the problem is resolved or not they closed my compliant.

Just spoke to Mr. Sekar from Appellate Authority, he was not able to answer my question for closing my compliant no 209034301 without my knowledge, he keeps repeating "Your plan was changed" and we will soon solve it. Sekar told me i would not be getting waiver, I told him to charge as per my plan "Thunder 1mbps" but he again repeated that "Your plan was changed" only Thunder 4mbps charges will apply. This is absolute cheating

So i am pretty confused and devastated. Kindly Take action at the earliest.
