My complaint number : 310000077924. I have submitted my mobile by July 6th 2013. I haven't received any update from them. They are cheating me by giving false promise( saying within 48 hours my phone will be dispatched), They never turned back.Always they will they are escalating the issue to the back end team (God only knows who is the back end team). The very worst thing is that I have contacted the customer care today, They told me that my status was not updated in their system. I don't know what to do. Someone please help me in getting..
