Complaint Details
i had booked a ford eco sports on 08/07/2013 and paid rs 50000 as advance through cheque on the same day.iwas assured about the delivery of the car within a month.i did not avail any discount on the car.a few days later i received a cal from the showroom stating that i would get quick delivery if i pay rs 5000 extra.i refused as i had already paid hefty for the car.again after few days i received a call stating that i would get a car along with accessories worth rs 60000,and i will have to pay for the accessories.i denied this also and spoke to ford cust care.this infuriaaated the dealer and the delivery of my car was delayed maliciously.though i was promised the delivery in a month,it s been 2months and 6 days that i have not been delivered the car.now,today ford has hiked the price and i am asked to pay rs 40000 more.i have already booked and paid advance,dealer has failed to keep up the commitment and i am made to suffer more and more,also ,i have come to know thrpogh relaible sources from the showroom itself that the cars booked after i booked mine,have already been delivered.
