Complaint Details
I had placed my order on the website on 7th of this month for a creative speaker (Order ID: #1504). But even after 10 days of that, i haven't received any communication from their side about the order status. When i tried to contact them i found that all their contact numbers are switched off. So i tried to contact them through email. I mailed them twice but i didn't get any reply from them. I have become completely helpless and don't know what to do. I am unable to contact them in any way. Please help me.
