Hi there this is prasana here I ordered adidas shoe on 26-08-13 in www.planetsportsonline.com for Rs2249(4999-55%discount).They said i will be getting shoe within 4-5 business days r Max 7 business days, but every time I call to the customer care they say I will be getting by end of the week and this went for 3 weeks and I called on 20-09-13 again they say the product is out of stock and will refund the money, I got really frustrated, please take necessary action. Thank you
