I did a recharge of Rs 310 from airtel website(https://pay.airtel.com/online-payments/dth-digital-tv-recharge.jsp?

utm_source=Google_Search&utm_medium=CPC&utm_content=DTH_Recharge_Text_Ad_2_May13&utm_campaign=DTH_Recharge_WEB) on 31st August 2013 but until now the amount is not

refelected on my account id(3001891187). i have raised this concern many times (8-9 times People name to whome i have spoken

gita,hema,SENGATHA,kiran,neela,rajeswari,sowmy,Mahendra, Pramod) with customer care call center but no one has come up with the solution, the transaction id which i

got on my mobile was 831539823. I have contacted to ICICI CREDIT CARD TEAM also they told airtel has receive the amount on 6th Sept with the transaction id(678215)

merchant id- 00003479 Airtel gurgoan and acquirer id 5 .

Doing all my home work and giving all details to Airtel team still they are not reverting my money back.

I have mail the above complain to Airel id's also

Still no body is concerned about the complain. Please refer screen shot also for more clarity
