dear sir,
we had we had taken a tata docom connection mobile number 7418700000 . we wanted to convert postpaid to prepaid they asked me to pay 1100rs in tata showroom and i paid on june 2nd.
later i never got it converted . moreover when i called and asked customer care , they told i have to pay 100000 rs for conversion.
2) my other number in tata docomo is 7845200000 same i told for conversion . we wanted to convert postpaid to prepaid they asked me to pay in tata showroom and i paid.
after that im getting a call to make a payment of 8000 rs as mobile bill charges .
they are looting customers .
i told them how can i get a bill of 8000 when my credit limit is 3000rs.
they replied" internet charges for downloads.
first of all credit limit is 3000 they should not exceed my bill . secondly internet 3g tody even if i buy unlimited in tata is not more than 900rs.
there is no one to hear our complaints.
i want my mobile numbers back, i also paid premium 5000rs for each number .
