Complaint Details
My flight from Mumbai-Trivandrum on 18th July 2012 was cancelled by Air India express. I have been following up with Customer support more than 1 year but they have not refunded the ticket amount. There is complete lack of customer response and delay in completing this when the airline had cancelled the flight and nit by customer.
