This is to bring into your kind notice that Telebrands India pvt ltd is very big fraud, cheaters and unprofessional. I Pawan chechi bought Air Sofa bed from Telebrands India Pvt Ltd in Oct 2012. After 6 months it started giving problem like whenever we blow the air it does not stop, it gets release immediately. We tried reaching them many times by phone or through emails (which are attached for your reference).
They kept on telling that we can’t do anything in this though it was under warranty which means it’s their prime responsibility to listen customer queries and get that resolved. However they were very unprofessional in their customer behavior as if we are asking something from them which is not our right. They were treating us like Beggars are not choosers.
We paid money to them for the services, how can they deny . Clear example of their unsatisfied services. They asked us to send the air sofa with DD of Rs. 395 which is attached also for your reference. I sent them however they sent the same back without repairing. It was completely unexpected moreover when I were sending them email reminders then there were no response from their end.
Its long time now after so many follow ups again there is no response or solution.
I strongly believe that some action must to be taken against them for their such a ridiculous behavior, services so that they can’t cheat anyone else. They have to get my product repaired or replace at earliest. Hope you will definitely help me in this.
It’s a torture from them for a customer as if we have done any crime by buying their product. They have to learn the way of dealing with the customers, solving their queries. How can they escape, run like this ¬.
