Message E-mailed to the bank on 12/08/2013. But message inbox full called customer service same email address provided and tried sending it again but failed again.

Hi,
This is Priya Maisa one of your customers my loan account#007425000034150 and I am filing an ombudsmand with the Reserve Bank Of India due to wrong information provided and overcharges.

My account statement given to me still say's I have 18 EMI's outstanding.
when I visit your bank in Khar they say I have 16 EMI's outstanding in the Month of March 2013. Your agent say's settle the account or we will keep adding charges I asked which charges they say cheque bounce charges I confirm there are no other charges I asked him to give it to me in writing he said no only letter we can give is NOC letter when you settle the account.
I confirmed there is no ECS on with my prior bank they said no it has been cancelled. But every month ECS is being attemped and the bank has charged me 11,000rs in charges.
I want to know why are there charges when i personally walked into the bank and they said when you are directly paying by cheque we will not add anymore charges. Today 23/09/2013 as I walk in to the bank in khar they say the outstanding amount is 9 emi's which is ok but to finish it off there are charges.total due amount is 25000 where is this amount coming from.
It is a huge blunder which I am not going to suffer you will reverse all the charges.I think I am being punished from taking a loan from this bank and I am trying to pay it off and the bank keeps charging me.
I am just informing you and giving 24 hours before I proceed to the Ombusmand as this is what has been informed by my Laywer and if this is not resolved I will definately take this up in the Judicial System.
