Complaint Details
1. My mobile number is 9888728087 and you can track my order from there as well
2. It has been 15 days that neither I have received any call back from svaiza team and no one told me where is my watch
3. I called on 20 September 2013 to svaiza team and a lady told me that there was some issue with courier team and they will ship the part today
4. Then I called again to svaiza team on Monday i.e. 23 september 2013 and a person told me that the part is not available
5. Why company deducted the amount when the part was not available and instead of telling customer about the details of the order you are not replying even
6. I just checked history of svaiza.com on internet and I think you have cheated me.i want my money back or watch
