Complaint Details
We are very disappointed the way Style Spa Furniture Ltd is handling the customers;

I booked a bed set which was inclusive of a bed with a side table and a three door wardrobe apart from all this we have purchased a mattress also from the retail outlet at Gomti Nagar,Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
The consignment was well delivered at Jaipur, Rajasthan as desired us, but the kind of commitments given by the sales representative Mr.Arun at your Lucknow outlet, that a 15 yrs of free after sales service will be given to you is all baseless.

Problems with the consignment: -

1. The screw of the hinge attached to the bed and wardrobe were loose & not tightly screwed.
2. One of the drawers in the wardrobe was missing and after escalating the matter one of the engineer came with the drawer and will installing the same it got stuck.

The furniture was delivered in the month of Nov’12 and till now it is in the same condition.

It was a marriage gift to my sister, which was spoiled by the company.

At the time of delivery it was assured that things will be proper within a week’s time but after so much of follow-up with the comp. representatives at Lucknow & Jaipur they cleared the problem with the hinge...but still we are struggling to get the drawer in place.

The comp. representative at Jaipur assured us that the drawer will be placed within 20 days but still waiting for the same. Need your assurance as to by when it will be resolved.

The kind of embarrassment I have faced...still after so much of calls and follow-up nobody is taking responsibility as to when the mess will be clean.

Kindly help to get the same resolved.
