I am a videocon user and i am not to access internet with fast speed as they promise , I am able to connect with internet but not able to open any website because of slow connection ,then

I submit a complaint on 198 in videocon , my complaint number is 1006867

After few days i will get a message "your escalation no 1006867 network issue has been resolved ,But i can't access internet Now i contact in care center then they tell me temporary problem is in website , try after sometime and disconnected the call , Now i am not able to contact customer care executive
