Hi,
I booked a shipment with blue dart on 23rd of Sept which was scheduled to be delivered on 25th to Kolkata.
The shipment is not traceable as per Bluedart executives and customer service. They had been not only rude but was trying their best to avoid any communication with me.
As the shipment has not yet been delivered I want refund of my shipment

Even if the shipment is delivered on a latter date this would be of no use to me.
I want a refund. This is my first communication to the team. I will do my best to publish all this details via social media and my network and try to put it in the news media as well. Public should be aware of this as it will save hassles for others.
I will be booking a case of negligence against Blue dart at 9:00 PM IST today at JP NAGAR police station.
