Respected sir ,

I had deposited my Laptop Hard-drive at Nehru Place (Delhi) in F1 info solutions & services pvt.ltd on 4th september 2013.

RMA NO. :- 84772421
Serial no. :- WXH1E43ETWM1

As per company rule it takes about 10-15 working days to replace the hard drive .But now it has been over 16 working days .

When i called them , they just said that they are out of stocks for 2 days , so i called them after 5 days then they said

they need few more days . They are just making fool.



so, I request you to concern on my problem as soon as possible and take action against them .
