Complaint Details
The Flat is under construction & to sell the flat we will need the NOC from Builder. The builder is demanding a unofficial sum of Rs 500/- per sq ft. Also the amount to be paid at the time of possession has increased to almost double. Agreement states to pay 1,68,000 while bbuilder is now demanding 3,26,600
