I had bought a Euroclean Pro for my boss. their is a problem in pro, the machine pipe was not properly working. I told the same to Varun Sharma (Sales person) 252A Sant Nagar East of kailash. he said he will log a compalint and resolved this within a week but today is 38th day and problem is not resolved yet. i called Simran she is taking care of services and she also not responded. i called his head office Mumbai and spoke to Seema (Customer Service Head) she said she will resolve this issue by 25th Sep and till date their is no resolution. i also logged the complaint on customer care after the followup with Varun (Sales Person) and Hassan( Technicain). Now no one is responding back and this product is as usual stayed in my Boss Home with no use. it means he waste Rs25900/-. can you please help us to resolve this issue..
