Complaint Details
It has been over a month that I raised the order # 19673086 with the bank.
They have been stalling the delivery since. This has affected my purchase that had planned for.
Worst is that I have had series of calls with the customer care and all they say that someone with get back.
They keep giving me a reference number for a call from a manager and the manager never calls.

To add to things they just keep changing the reference number to confuse the customer

I have been with the bank for 3 years now and this is very unprofessional behaviour.

I don't know how to get this resolved :(
