I would like to inform you that I purchased bajaj steam iron MX 1 model on dated 05/05/2013 invoice & guarantee card attached. Unfortunately , your product had not worked than I had called on your service center number my complaint number is 3212681. your technician had come on dated 18/09/2013 around 1:30 PM. My wife told to your technician this iron plat has colored on black and same scratch but technician said that I will do only start your iron but I will not change you iron plat only four month before I have purchased your iron and I am facing this type of problems. I am requesting to you please change my iron plat as soon as possible.
