Hi Airtel Manager,
Whenever I do not charge my digital TV account for more than 24 hours, your company is charging me 20 Rupees extra as panelity, since this is a prepaid service, why should I pay everytime 20 bucks. Since my job is of more of travelling in nature, I am not available in house to use the service, and above that when I forgot to recharge after expiry date, I have to pay rs 20 extra. This is the prepaid service i.e. I pay in advance and you provide me services, why there has to be any panelity at all.
