Complaint Details
I have ordered a Micro max mobile canvas two plus vide order no 1190328971 from Snap deal and paid an amount of Rs. 9399 through my credit card . But the snap deal delivered a faulty product . Then I registered a complaint with snap deal and they suggested me to approach Micromax Service center . Micromax Service Center had issued DOA against the item and as per the request of the snap deal I had returned the product through pick up arranged by them . However after that I have made call on regular basis and send email but the only reply i got is " We have sent the matter to the team responsible and your matter will be resolved in 48 hours . However till date no refund / replacement has been given by the snap deal . Now even they stopped replying my calls / emails . now I m hopeless and request you to kindly help me to get my money back .My Complaint number at snap deal is 2944003.
