Sir/ Mam,
Myself Prasenjit Kumar Sengupta. I have a complain against Tata docomo. I used a tata photon data card but due to poor services I stopped to use the data card. one they Arun Kumar call me and said me that he is a advocate and he has a complaint against me from tata teleservices ltd. that I have not paid a outstanding amount is Rs. 2,511.00. If I pay the same between 27th august, 2013 then I have to pay only Rs. 1800.00. As he said I pay the amount of Rs. 1800.00 on 27th august, 2013 and asked him to give a settlement mail. but they did not sent me any settlement mail only sent me the bill payment confirmation mail ( outstanding amount is Rs. 2,511.00). Today Mr. Arun kumar again call me and told me the same that I have to pay the bill again, otherwise he will take legal action against me and he threatening me that he is an advocate. I lost my job and am an unemployed person, so its not possible for me to pay the bill again which I already paid. I have the proof and confirmation mail also that I have already paid that amount. Why should I pay the bill again. I am getting scared if he take any bad action against me. Kindly help me to solve this problem.
