I had couriered a gift to my daughter at iim calcutta on18thsep2013 via docket no 218432251.they have not delivered the same till now,no body gives a satisfactory answer and keep asking silly questions.this was a gift on daughters day and till no reaction from the company.i am looking for suitable compensation as must have called kolkatta offce empteen times
