SUB: EMI fraud by Adhiswar, Kukatpally Branch. - Executives give lesser EMI value to charge debit more amounts on Down payment, while the actual EMIs would be higher. They believe that the customer will not cross check the EMIs and will pay what ever has been billed.

I have purchased a LED TV worth 34000 from Adhiswar electronics Kukatpally on 21/08/2013 through EMI from Bajaj Finance with 0% Processing Fee & 0% Interest. This is to bring to your notice that I have been charged Rs.500 extra on the down payment.
With a cheating intension, the executive of Adhiswar, Zahir, has cleverly given us fraudulent EMI details [down payment: Rs.11836 & EMI: Rs.2771]
When I have received an email from Bajaj finance regarding the EMI details, It showed that down payment is Rs.11336 while the actual amount that has been paid was Rs.11836 [Rs.500 extra] & EMI is Rs.2833[Extra : 8 * Rs.62]. I have contacted Adhiswar immediately to seek clarification & Zahir has told me that this shall be adjusted in the EMI and he has already put an email to Bajaj finance regarding the same. He cleverly made me wait till he gets the reimbursement amount from Bajaj finance to his company and now started saying that he cannot do anything on this. The cheating intension is clearly proved as he is accepting to give me Rs.500 discount if I buy any other product from Adhiswar [for which, I am sure, I will be screwed again]

I request you to please investigate and refund my money or adjust the EMIs as specified above
