Complaint Details
Have purchased samsung mobile phone from Alpha store Irla with Bill copy attached. The company has sold defective product and I have to visit the service center again and again to repair the product for some or the other problem. Thus resulting in waste of time and money. Now the service center has damaged the product at their end. I need justice and my money back as the phone is still under warranty.
