Rediff.com promises that a return of goods delivered will be done if a mail is dropped or a call is amde to customer care. But nothing really happens. The customer care people never reply properly and say non sense things when we ask for details. While ordering, they register n deliver the product within 1 day. Now when the product is not matching what we see online and want to return they are reluctant. My money is gone. At least i want to return that stupid product they have delivered.
