Complaint Details
I had ordered a portable choe rack bearing order number 8574602. After it was delivered i was not satisfied with the product. I ahve already paid money for it. Now I am not getting replies to mails or phone calls to customer care for the purpose of returning the product. I ordered only because there was a condition mentioned in the website that goods can be returned and a refund of money paid will be done. But now nothing s working. My money is gone. I have no hopes of getting it back. At least I want that stupid product to be returned.
