Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that, It has been a very unpleasant experience so far with HDFC Bank Credit Card ending 434677000043388. Its true, that due to unavoidable circumstance, my emi every month got returned. However, I made the payment by cash/PDC/ATM, lateron in the same month. I am suffering from Financial crisis, which I have brought towards the attention of the most hooligan collection agency. Yes, true, failure of payment, for the month of August and September has triggered Legal Notice, which I had received on Saturday 28 th of September 2013. The notice says, ...........

' I need to payoff the pending amount, which is 7406, within 15 days, from the date of receipt.' Its a kind request to consider my case. I am looking forward to pay off the amount in due course. Also, can I meet in person with some one in the CARDS division? This will help me to narrate the financial problem I am facing.

Also, please ensure the behavior of collection agents, like SANGITA, from Rajarhat Office, is looked upon and taken into serious consideration. She along with one of the male colleague, once, used 'Slang ' which I cannot write in the e-mail. She also humiliated my Mother, when she picked up the phone.
