Ticket travel dated 24 sep bom maa 18.05 -20.20
pax name : simer motiani and ms neha ghosh
we informed for cancellation on 24 sep 16.05 direct to your call center and your call center confirmed the cancellation ,
Afterwards while we process for refund we comes to know that booking is under noshow
Again we called u r callcenter they said their is no cancellation record for this booking and we spoke to floor supervisor mr kiran to monitor the call record from my number 28512111(or) 42157991 he promised to call within that calendar date but we didnt receive any call from ur side
the next day 25 sep we called to go air call center ms keerthi confirmed that call has been register in call monitor and also they escalated for refund section it will be process under cancelltaion of rs 1000 within 24 to 48 hrs
But still we didnt get any updation from go air team again we called to supervisor mr Rahul , he said that technical team still working on it so it will take 2 to 3 days he too promised for call back
finally we called today 30 sep 2013 with mr santhosh he promised with 24 hrs we gill get call back from technical team
we are very tired daily and daily follow up for single pnr and different type of reply from your go air call center team and 1 have registered my mobile number 9840755495 thrice
single staff done the mistake and improper handle we are struggling with go air call center team even they not providing the staff name who done the mistake,
our humble request sort out this issue as soon as possible
