Acknowledgement to your notice, We are pleased to be at your service
once again.

This is in response to your C.O.T Code, a need for information on how
to complete your transaction, We are pleased to inform you that we
have been able to trace the cost of your inability to complete your
transfer online, and this was due to the C.O.T Code (ONLINE COST OF
TRANSFER), which is requested by the Ministry of Finance, hence your
transfer is been on hold by the Authorities of the Banking online
department of the Reserve Bank of India (R.B.I).

We also wish to notify you that the Release of this C.O.T Code has
been processed in accordance with the Banking Regulations of the
Reserve Bank of India (R.B.I) With this development, you required to
make a cash payment for the online Cost of Transfer for your funds, as
it will enable the Remittance Department of the Reserve Bank of India
(R.B.I) to release the C.O.T CODE to you.

This is in line with the directives of the Manager Reserve Bank of
India (R.B.I) and i am oblige to inform you that i have contacted the
Manager of Reserve Bank of India (R.B.I) regarding the C.O.T Code as
stated that The online Cost Of Transfer will cost you Rs.1,58,500 INR
(One Lakhs Fifty Eight Thousand Five Hundred Rupees) Only Which you
have to provide for us here in the Reserve Bank of India (R.B.I) New
Delhi, to enable you obtain your C.O.T. code.

We want you to understand that you need to pay for the Cost of your
Transfer to the Reserve Bank of India (R.B.I) to enable us activate
your C.O.T code and send it to you immediately so you can complete
your transaction into your local bank account without further delay.
You are now required to make the payment of Rs.1,58,500 INR (One Lakhs
Fifty Eight Thousand Five Hundred Rupees) being payment for the COST
OF TRANSFER (C.O.T Code) to ensure the release of the "C.O.T CODE" and
subsequently will facilitate the transfer of your funds to your
nominated Bank Account CENTRAL BANK OF INDIA with immediate effect,
The transfer will be done on receipt of the C.O.T CODE payment
information, otherwise you will not be able to complete your
transaction to your nominated Bank Account CENTRAL BANK OF INDIA.

The C.O.T charge is legally for licensing and coverage documentations
approval signatures for the transfer from the Ministry of Finance
before the amount reflects into your Bank account CENTRAL BANK OF
INDIA. The C.O.T Code will be provided to you and your funds will be
available for disbursement within 30minutes of the receipt of your
payment.
We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause to you. Meanwhile,
we have to act according to the banking procedures to avoid any form
of problem and to ensure a hitch free release/transfer of your funds
to your Bank account CENTRAL BANK OF INDIA.
You have to send your prompt reply to this office as fast as you can,
to enable us instruct you on how to effect the C.O.T payment.

Note: Amount required for the C.O.T Code is Rs.1,58,500 INR (One Lakhs
Fifty Eight Thousand Five Hundred Rupees). Please contact us at your
earliest convenience on when you hope to come up with this said amount
required for the C.O.T Code so that we can provide you with payments
modalities or if you need further clarification write us or call.

Also note that this C.O.T Code is to be obtained in not more than 3
working days of this notification.
FIND THE ATTACHMENT COPY LETTER RECEIVED FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF C.O.T CODE.
YOU SHOULD GO THROUGH THE LETTER AND RESPOND ACCORDINGLY.
Information on how to make the payment shall be forwarded to you as
soon as possible upon your co-operation.
