I was travelling on 24th september from delhi to sharjah by air arabia flight.the above airlines staff sitting on the counter told me to remove the cap..I told her isit necessary as I am frequent traveller and never told like that..she told me very roughly YES.....I removerthe cap but was very hurt by her speaking tone as I never expect such way from customer service staff...further shestarted talking to her colleague and on phone then I toldher"madamkindly make it fast" she replied very roughly that she will take herown time....then very hurt by her inpoliteness I told herSHE SHOULDNOT TALK TO CUSTOMER LIKE THIS I PAID FOR MY TRAVEL NOT TRAVELLING FREE .....shetold me COMPLAINT I DONT CARE.......I went to supervisor counter which was extreme left...two staff sitting there pointing me backITLOOKS LIKE TYPICAL GANG SCENARIO......I told them I will not movefrom here .....then supervisor called her ....then to my surprise her attitude infront of supervisor become more rude and she started talkingto me with pointed fingre....then manager sent her back and gave me fake email id to send complaint which didnt work........SHEEVEN DIDNT SAY SORRY FORHER ATTITUDE.....when I cleared my security and came to gateno. 3 for boarding flight...she came there with otherstaff and started pointing fingre on me I completely ignored her......ZHE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND WAS NOT SCARED OF ANYONE.BCOZ AIRARABIA DONT CARE OF CUSTOMER AND THEY DONT TAKE ANY ACTION ON COMPLAINTS....SO SHE IS FEARLESS.....I SENT TWO MAILS TO AIRARABIA WITH REGARDS TO THAT BUT NO REPLY.........THIS TYPE OF ATTITUCE THEY SHOW ONLYFOR GULF TRAVELLERS....I NEVER FACE ANY SITUATION LIKE THIS IN EUROPEAN SECTOR........I DEMAND A HARD ACTION SO THAT SHE WILL NOT TREATANY CUSTOMER LIKE THIS IN FUTURE......
