Hello Sir / Madam,

My name is Amol Dhase. I was using MTS Blaze internet service in last year. My MTS No was 9145123432. But due to bad service, I have decided to stopped to use MTS Internet service from 1st Nov 2012. MTS told me to pay outstanding amount which was around Rs 900/-. I was not ready to pay because I felt Rs 900/- is not the correct amount. Then in last week of Dec 2012, MTS customer care call me for final settlement and told me to pay 50% of outstanding amount and they will close my case. Then as per discussion and settlement with customer care, I have done online payment on 1st Jan 2013 of Rs 400/-. Transaction ID is 83570788.
But now suddenly today on 30th Sept 2013, I got call from No 08791940256 (Sumit Mishra). He said he is calling from Delhi high court and my file is on his table and in process to submit to Delhi high court. He said I need to talk with lawyer Mr. Raj Malhotra (08171785090) who is handling my case. Then I have called him to ask the details. He said me to pay outstanding amount 1000/- against to MTS online bill payment and he will hold my file. Otherwise I need come to Delhi high court for hearings. Infact they forced me to pay 1000/- amount and ask me to send them the transaction details. But I don’t pay. I have already paid 400/- to close my case and why should I pay again to MTS.
I am very disappointed with the MTS service. MTS is cheating to customer, hence I am raising this complaint to customer care.
