Complaint Details
On 7th of September 2013, i bought one LED TV (TH-L32X50D) from GIP mall Noida(UP), Panasonic Brand showroom (BetterDeals Electronics Pvt Lmt).
Dealer from Panasonic showroom took the payment by card and promised me to deliver Brand new LED TV (TH-L32X50D) at my place with the condition that
if any problem in TV then he will replace it immediately at showroom level only. When i received TV, i found that TV was Used and defected (there is almost no sound in TV, speakers are defected).
First 3-4 days i did complaint Dealer (Manish) about it but he didnt replace my TV. GIP panasonic showroom is fake and decieving people.

After this i went to Panasonic customer care and did lots of complaints (PI-ASC-1309059886,PI-CS-1309-020913, PI-CS-1309-041723 and many more).

I did reach to Escalation team in delhi, Branch Manager Noida also but till today nothing has been done and
i am not getting any proper response and updates about my complaints even after more than 50 calls. Nobody from Panasonic seems to listen me.

Every time i call they make me feel that i have been cheated by panasonic.Since Day one they are saying that they are replacing it but doing nothing.

I am very frustrated with the Panasonic Service and TV both. I really doubt how they function.
