Complaint Details
I have purchased shoes from snapdeal with cash on delivery payment mode. Shoe which i have is small in size so i requested to replace it with biggeer size shoe instead of replacing my shoes they told me that they doesnot have stock of that shoes in inventory.So i have forwarded my bank details to them on 16 september as off now i havenot got my 975 rs of refund every there customer support executive say we have forwarded your complaint to the concerned department and there executive named as pinky told me that we will arrange call with concerned department by the end of the day which is 30/09/2013 & when i called them back to know i will get the call from concerned department so that executive told me to wait till 12 pm 1/10/20137 again when i called them back around 12:05 pm 7 explain each and every thing in detail then she told me to wait till 24 to 48 hours to get response from the concerned depatment when i said her that i will drag you to the consumer forum then she transferred my call to that guy again he requested bank statement and he said that we have initiated your refund it will take time to get money in your account & when i asked his name for the future interaction with him so he disconnected my call. Pls help me out in this issue as they have wasted my time,money & specially hurted me in purchasing things from online shopping.
