I redeemed my credit card points (HDFC), for vouchers worth Rs. 6000. These vouchers were sent to me via Blue dart courier. Their delivery receipt indicates a signature that is NOT mine, and the date is when I was not even in town ! Clearly, some employee realised that the package contained vouchers, and stole them. Scribbled a "delivered" receipt and closed the case. I have tried to register a case with Blue Dart, but no one is doing anything. I have called them multiple times, each time they have the same answer - we will look into it and call you back.
