Dear Sir,I have used my ICICI bank VISA credit card to pay my BSNL land line bill on 23rd july'13 for rupees 449.00 but transaction was duplicate.i have requested ICICI bank to cancel the duplicated transaction,but they told the amount 449 has been transferred to merchandiser(BSNL)so asked me to contact BSNL to cancel the transaction .when i called up BSNL strongly replied that they did not receive any duplicated transaction for amount rupees 449 on 23rd july'13.But when i called and arises the issue the bank has credited the amount in to my credit card account as interim charges credit.but on 27th sep'13 the bank has debited the amount in credit card account.for that i have contact bank but they simply said they have closed the dispute in favor of bank so that you have to make the payment.Why i have to pay the amount which was not paid to my merchandiser.Please look into this matter and help us this poor citizen.
