Complaint Details
"MicromaxA110 canvas 2" bought online on 4/11/2012,received on 07/11/2012,started malfunctioning on 29/11/2012(applications starting on their own),took handset at Sai Service Centre at Vashi,Navi Mumbai,who repaired and returned after 15 days. Again nearly a month after that,both Sim Cards were not working,gave to Sai Serv.Centre,it was returned after 8-9 days It worked till about 10th June and then problem of getting hanged,after5 days,got updated from Icecream Sandwich to Jellybeans from Sai Serv Centre. Around 5thJuly2013,phone again started malfunctioning(getting hanged every now-and-then,gave it at Sai Serv Centre on 10/07/2013. I have contacted,requested to company on several occasions to replace this defective product with a new/proper one but no satisfactory answer from them.My phone is lying at Sai Service Centre since 10/07/2013 and they have now after a lapse of 75 days,written to me that they won't replace the phone.Every time I gave my phone for repairs,they issued only a receipt,instead of Job Sheet,saying that they'd send jobsheet no.by sms,which never happened.Please help me if you feel that my replacement demand is justified.(I have the records of all emails I sent to them or what they wrote to me).
