Respected Management,

I purchased a refundable round trip air ticket (Air India TCKT no. 098 3976 372 932) through Clear Trip in the month of July for Rs 28,109. I cancelled my return ticket after the confirmation on refund from the airlines and cleartrip. Refund was supposed to be given after 45 days and now it is 50 days and they have not refunded my money.

Moreover, after numerous follow ups with both the organizations now they are telling me that refund may be given or may not be or hardly there will be refund as per their rules. They are just sending me back and forth between the two. It is refundable ticket and they promised me refund and when the time came to give it they are just playing with the customers like us.

When I started complaining at Air India Call center, they always said refund is processed and now its the time to give my money and they are not ready to give it.

Please help me in this matter in getting my money back and please set an example against organizations like these by taking action against them.
