Complaint Details
I am an user of Aircel . My residential address is At/Po - BALARAMPUR, P.S- SADAR, Dist - DHENKANAL, State - Odisha.
I am starting my harassment journey with all of you now.
The network strength shows either full or nill. If It is showing no network means nobody can say when will it come back for providing you the world's best services.
Now I am telling you my own experience.
I had called Aircel customer care no 198 for a complaint on 25 september 2013 . That time the executive said me that " I am forwarding this complaint to our technical department and don't worry, it will be shut out in between 72 hours & your acknowledgment no is 1-13723357565" I had felt glad at that moment. The most amazing issue is that still today every time I called them , they r replying same like the first executive did.Only one thing changes from previous one is acknowledgement no.
My most of the family members & friends are using Aircel.
I hope this letter can make any difference.
