Hello,
I bought Karbonn Smart A50 from Flipkart. When I started to use this instrument, Karbonn has started to send me Welcome messages, and those messages cost me INR 3 per message. If Karbonn has sent me 1-2 welcome messages then I was OK but continuously that co has sent me messages and I lost so much amount from my balance.
Very first day I called to Flipkart CS, they suggested me to meet service provider. I met service Vodafone, they made some setting in that phone and commit me that it will not happened again. Same day I recharge my balance with assurance that I will not happened again. I also try to call Karbonn's CS 18001024660 but this line is always busy and phone discontinue in approx 30 seconds. Then I try to call local cs of karbonn (address taken from website), which is closed & all the numbers are not in use. Numbers are Contact Number: 0261-2601677 / 3911677 / 7874378443 (taken from karbonn website)
I had mail Flipkart on the same matter but then after flipkart has started to give me lot of excuses. One mail from flipkart CS says that you go to visit your service provider, other mail says you meet local karbonn's service center, other mail says you call to karbonn's cs from website.
I have taken all the steps to avoid but there is no response got from flipkart and always they have given rubbish excuses.
I am very disappointed with cs of flipkart.
I request you to solve my problem & I want my money from this company.
