Complaint Details
I have purchased Micromax Tab from Ezone at Panjagutta, Hyderabad on 29th of July 2013 (1year warranty also), when i tried to insert Sim it was not going in and again visited them to help the Sim get inserted into TAB, they tried and unsuccessful and suggested to go to service centre of Micromax at Secunderabad, went there and they clearly said it is not covered under warranty and gave back the Tab, when again asked to ratailer he said it is covered again i called back service center they said its a damaged piece they sold me and hence they cant take over on warranty.
