Dear Sir/ Madam,



I am writing this complaint so that people be aware and not cheated by online Portals like I have been cheated.



I Deepak S Bangera residing in Dombivli had to send a bithday wishes to my father in law staying in Mira road.



When i Googled for online florist this was the first name that appeared so i went through the site and decided to order Orchid flower with Fresh Fruits also a Greeting Card and the advertisement was as follows

"Fresh Fruits ( 2 Kgs.) Basket decorated with Exotic Fresh Flowers - This basket contains extremely high quality fruits like grapes,oranges,pomegranates etc which is decorated with exotic orchids and beautifully arranged in a bamboo basket."


they charged me Rs 1065 for the entire details of the trasaction is as below.

But to my Surprise they deleivered Stale Red roses which was not even fresh and some rotten fruits which included Papaya & Banana which was not at all in the advertisement. If i had to send that it would not even had cost me more than 300 rs. More than the loss of money it was totally embarrising for me when i came to know about this. Also i wanted it to be delivered before 9 am but it was delievered later.



So i got agitated and tried calling on their customer care no

but all the time the line was Busy . I feel that this No is also fake just like this online portal is.



I hereby come to conclusion that this website is making money in a very unethical manner which should be immediately stopped.



I request you to take strong action against such portals so that other people are not cheated.
