Hi,
I had booked through Svaiza Online a book for Around INR 640 on 3rd September (Please find attached the details). They first promised they would provide it within 10 days but its almost 1 month they are not delivering the same. They are now telling neither they can give back the money nor the same book rather they will give some other book which i am not interested within. This is very unfair given the cost i have paid.
Can something be done so I get Justice and they pay my money or provide the book.
Please advise.
