Complaint Details
HUL PureIT filter purchased is not working since 3 months after purchase. Tracking HUL customer service since 3 months continuously but no proper response and not resolving the issue. As per the technicians coming to repair the unit main filter is damaged and needs replacement but customer service is trying to avoid replacing it since it is very costly. Also one unit is not at provided since installation time.
